Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number/email notification so you can track your order status.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Delayed Orders

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs. However, we will fully support you in tracking and resolving your issue.
